Fear of public speaking is the most common fear in the United States.  It creates misery for professionals, students and others who have to speak before classes and groups.

KEITH'S PROBLEM:  ANXIETY AND AVOIDANCE

THE PROBLEM: 

At school, Keith was always highly stressed by speaking before a class.  Because he began to panic whenever he thought about making presentations, Keith avoided preparing.  In spite of his anxiety, he forced himself to get ready.  Keith got good grades, but by the time each speech was over, he was a nervous wreck.  Keith sought help because he was highly anxious and was avoiding preparing for an important presentation he had to make in an English class.

THE SOLUTION:

In one session, using Thought Field Therapy (TFT),  Keith learned how to eliminate anxiety and focus himself so that he could perform at his best while giving his presentation.

RESULTS:

Keith prepared without anxiety and never even had an impulse to avoid studying.  He gave the talk calmly (a first for him) and felt pleased and relaxed after his presentation.  Keith got his usual good grade.
